Comprehensive, Advanced Support for Canine Cognitive Decline
Mindful Years is the daily ritual worth starting the moment you notice the first small change: the pause at a door they'd have walked through without thinking a year ago, the slower response to their name, the restless pacing at 3am that wasn't there before. It's not hyperbole to call this one of the most complete cognitive formulas available for dogs today. Mindful Years brings together four separately studied actives in one daily scoop, working on memory, alertness, synaptic structure and cellular protection together.
Formulated by Clydach Farm's founder after watching cognitive decline take hold in his own life, and produced in our own factory in the heart of Wales, Mindful Years is a simple daily sprinkle that can be added to their main meal, wet or dry.

As with any new supplement, we'd always recommend a quick chat with your vet first, especially if your dog is on medication or living with a diagnosed condition.

Not every senior supplement is built the same. Here's what makes Mindful different.
Most cognitive supplements for dogs are fish oil with a different label. Omega-3 matters, but it's one input into a system with several moving parts. A slowing mind doesn't slow in one direction. Memory, alertness, the structure of the synapse itself and the cellular wear underneath it all shift together. So we formulated for all four.
An ageing brain gradually loses its ability to use glucose efficiently. Part of why the lights seem dimmer isn't that the fuel has gone: it's that the uptake has slowed. Synaptelyn® was engineered by Clinigol Veterinary Science to make energy available where it matters most: at the synapse, where thought actually happens.
Very little of the magnesium in a standard supplement ever reaches the brain, the blood-brain barrier sees to that. Magtein® is a patented threonate form developed specifically to cross it, and to support synaptic density: the physical connections that memory and recognition are built on.
Helping your dog stay connected to the faces, routines and cues they've always known
Less drifting and staring into space, more of the alert, engaged dog you remember
Easing the restlessness and disorientation that so often disrupts sleep in senior dogs
Daily antioxidant and mitochondrial support to help defend brain cells from everyday oxidative stress
Support for an ageing mind shouldn't stop at fish oil. We formulated Mindful Years with clinically-backed actives at levels that do something, in tasty powder that mixes into the meal they already eat. Made by us, in our own factory in the heart of Wales.
We refuse to use artificial fillers, generic grains, and unnecessary additives.

Rudy is 19. I worried a bit about her recently. I wasn't quite sure what to do next until I found this wonder product which we are both utterly delighted with. In the few weeks that we've been on it, I feel like she is cognitively brighter, more curious, sleeping really well. She feels really switched on and I have relaxed. A lot of that anxiety has just been taken away and we just get to enjoy our time together. So thankful.
Mindful Years Cognitive Support Supplement for Senior Dogs 250g
Hi, I started Daisy Dog on the ‘mindful years’ a week ago, straight after it arrived ,very quickly!. After more careful consideration of her actual situation: 14 years old, can hardly see or hear or even smell anything anymore, 1 thought really that her disorientation and confusion when she is in unknown places is very much related to her physical problems and maybe not a mental problem at all and most likely not fixable . Yet I found now that even after only 1 week she’s quite a changed dog. She spends much less time asleep and is participating in life around her so much more , She even seems to hear better ! so I’m very much surprised and delighted. I was going to leave this feedback until 30 days had passed as that was the time suggested for improvements to show . I thought though I’ll just make a start and add more about progress later .She certainly has profited a lot by the supplement so far already. thank you so much best regards Sylvia

Vet recommended because was given a sample by Clydach, my elderly dog was having Sundowners symptoms, just like my dad had. It has really helped my dog. It is very expensive and I hope they find a way to make it more affordable in the future.

The first day my dog really brightened up but sadly three days in and it has upset his tummy quite badly and he's not so chipper so I have had to discontinue using it for a few days. Hopefully I can get back to it otherwise it's an expensive mistake.

Firstly, I was sceptical, especially at the cost but it came very quickly, so impressed with that. Beautiful packaging, tin, gold engraved scoop, but to be honest I'd rather it was all plain plastic if it could knock twenty quid off the price. On initially opening the packet, it nearly knocked me out, it smells disgusting, so strong. I feed my dog cooked sliced meat so the only way I can give meds or supplements is to dissolve in warm water and syringe it in his mouth. He should have had two scoops for his weight but I just did a heaped scoop and that equated to three syringes which I fed throughout the day. And I have to say, after just one day, he is back to the cheeky little boy he always used to be. Walking normally (he had started to walk with stiff legs which is a CCD thing apparently), playing ball with the quick reflexes he always had and the twinkle was back in his otherwise sad eyes. I can't wait for tomorrow to give him more. I don't know what it is about this stuff but I am so happy for it, thank you! Do you do a human version?

It’s too early to tell but my dog did get diarrhea after I put it in the food I will try a smaller dose if that is still effective. Lovely presentation but quite expensive at £60

Very fast delivery arrived last week in a beautiful tin. My fourteen year old Pomeranian loves the taste of it mixed into his wet food.

Mindfulness Years has certainly seemed to help my precious 15-year-old Staffie. She had experienced three fits, but the most recent was nowhere near as severe, and she hasn’t had another since starting the supplement. I’ve just received our third tin. I thought I’d left it too late to reorder, but to my relief, it arrived very quickly.
My 13 y/o dog has some dementia. He’s already on a brain medication f rom vets but it’s not helping much. This extra supplement has given him a spark back already but only been using a week i will report back in a few weeks time
